Family Trip of AOI MPM for the
year 2013

Nights & 4 Days

Members should register for
family trip at the latest by Next AOI MPM Meeting by paying an advance amount
of Rs. 5,000/-
·
President agreed to present the
details of Trip in next meeting after discussing with Travel agents
·
The President & Secretary
proposed that an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-
(Rupees Two Lakhs) may be taken from the Contingency Fund of AOI MPM Chapter
Account to spent against the expenses of this family trip. The balance amount
of expenditure has to be contributed by the members.

Registration of AOI Malappuram
chapter under Indian Societies Act & formation of a Trust on behalf of AOI
MPM Chapter
President announced that the discussions are in progress & will
let the GB know when things are materialized

3. FAMILY MEET & HANDS
ON TRAINING CLASS For LADIES & KIDS
Family members of AOI MPM Chapter had get-together in the side room
of Rose Lounge Auditorium, Malappuram on 18th Dec 2012 at 8.15pm
Hands-on training on “Ornament Making” by one professional Mrs.Leela
, working partner of Pearl Hut, Angadippuram, Perinthalmanna. Training was
attended by more than 20 Ladies & 10 Children. The programme was well
appreciated by the family members.
The family members of AOI MPM members actively participated in the
discussion of our next family trip proposed in April 2013
