No external injuries Neck
No Stridor
CT Neck  - No fractures of Laryngeal cartilages/ Hyoid
Vocal Fold movements normal
Suggest Treatment (other than Steroids & PPIs)

Your Diagnosis?

45 Year old man with persistent hoarseness/dysphonia for more than 6 months
No h/o Voice abuse
Stopped smoking years back
No h/o APD, DM or any immune deficiencies
Oral Cavity/ Oropharynx- Normal
On PPIs since 3 Months.
